Return & Exchange Policy – Amsu Fashion
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Amsu Fashion offers shipping services across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
If stock is available and the order is placed before 4 PM on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, provided that card security checks are completed and payment has been received. Orders placed after 4 PM will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
During peak periods, such as sales or holidays, processing and shipping times may be delayed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally via trusted courier partners such as DHL and FedEx. International shipping rates are specified on our website and vary based on location and weight. Estimated delivery time is 10–12 working days, though customs clearance may delay final delivery.
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and VAT levied by the destination country. Amsu Fashion cannot estimate or reimburse these charges.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number and shipment confirmation will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Please note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned, except under specific conditions listed below.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If we receive a cancellation request before the order is processed, we will attempt to honor it. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Amsu Fashion reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests. Customers agree not to dispute the decision made by Amsu Fashion in such cases.
If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
REPLACEMENT / RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products (which include personal use, hygiene-related, or made-to-order items), we do not offer returns or replacements as a general policy.
However, we will consider replacements under the following exceptional cases:
- The item is damaged during transit
For such cases:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Once validated, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost or refund the cost
Exceptions to replacement policy:
- Used or opened items
- Items not returned in original condition
- Products damaged post-delivery
- International orders
REFUND POLICY
In cases of unavailability or service-related issues:
- If a replacement is not available, we will offer alternatives or issue a full refund
- If the order cannot be fulfilled due to logistical issues, a 100% refund will be processed
- If delivery address is out of serviceable range for couriers, we will refund the full amount
In cases where the customer requests a refund:
- A 90% refund will be processed if the customer declines available replacement options
- For express orders outside serviceable areas, only 90% will be refunded due to processing and handling costs
Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days after item return is confirmed.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Items returned internationally must meet the following conditions:
- Returned in original packaging within 15 days of delivery
- Shipping, customs, and duties are non-refundable
- Return shipping and associated costs are the customer's responsibility
Clearly mark packages as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs delays and charges.
Amsu Fashion reserves the right to deduct any import duties or customs charges incurred during return from the refund amount.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN SHIPPING
All packages are insured. If you receive a damaged item:
- Retain the original packaging
- Contact us immediately at support@amsuFashion.com
- We will file an insurance claim with the courier and process your refund once approved
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and responsible for complying with all laws of the destination country. Customs fees, duties, and taxes must be paid by the recipient.
We cannot control or predict customs charges and are not responsible for any delays or costs caused by customs authorities.
PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE
Cross-border shipments may be inspected by customs or postal authorities. We may share relevant shipment and product details with carriers and authorities to facilitate customs clearance.
